From the President
The Chamber currently has several committees and we would like to have members
participate on these committees. If you are interested in participating on one of
these committees, please call the chamber.
These committees are fundraising, annual
banquet, membership development, and website development. We need your help in
making our chamber successful.
The Chamber would like to remind you about some of our programs. These are:
Monthly newsletter to keep member informed of Chamber and Community Opportunities/Events. Did you know that for a little as $50.00 you can insert your flyer in our newsletter? Our newsletter currently goes out to more than 200 members.
Ribbon cutting for new businesses
Monthly luncheons with informative speaker.
Annual Banquet
Fundraising opportunities throughout the year. Currently annual golf tournament and remembrance tree of lights.
Gift certificates redeemable at Chamber Members businesses.
Chamber website
The Chamber is currently looking at adding additional programs and we would like to know if you would participate in these programs.
Member to Membership Discount Program (This program is designed to enhance your membership value and encourages members to buy from other members to save money, increase your visibility and promote new business for your company. For the members it can save you money on goods and services.)
Website Sponsor (For a small fee you can sponsor your business for a month on our website.)
Business After Hours (This is a great way for you to showcase your business by having our members visit your place of business and see your products or services.)
You the members are the Mullins Chamber of Commerce and without your ideas, funds and voluntary service the Chamber would not function. So, if you have a suggestion or idea for the board of directors, please call the Chamber so we can add you to the boards agenda.
If you know someone who you would like to have as a guest speaker for our month luncheon, please call the Chamber and let us know the name of the person.
If you have business cards or brochures about your business, please send some to the Chamber so we can display them for you.
